For once the-rec room is not a bustling hub of activity and noise, but a quiet and nearly empty space. A good place to talk, watch TV, refuel, play video games or any number of other things. Enjoy it, because who knows how long the peace will last....

Better late than never? <3

Chromia was glad that there was more than one couch in the rec room, since she really didn't feel up to playing games right now... Normally she would have happily gone and pestered the twins into letting her join in on a couple of games... but... not tonight.

She was so lost in her own little world that Thundercracker managed to surprise her and she jumped a little. Startled out of the rather nasty places that Ironhide's earlier words had sent her mind...

“Oh, hey.... got tired of listening to the pair of them huh?” Even though he can't see it, Chromia does smile at him.

“I'm probably not going to be much better company tonight... but, feel free to join me if you want.”
Considering the couch was likely big enough for Skyfire to sit on, there is plenty of room... and to be honest, Chromia could really use the distraction of someone to talk to...

Hopefully, he wouldn't mention anything about her fight and breakup with 'Hide... Though it was a good bet that by now, everyone had heard about it... and likely the words he had hurled at her in anger...

Hearing her voice Thundercracker easily put a name to it, though he didn't remember ever having seen her so he couldn't really picture her face.

"Just not feeling so much in the mood for games." he explained, taking her offer to sit down on the couch, shifting until he was comfortable he cocked his head slightly at her.

"You sound unhappy, anything a friendly ear could help you with?"

Chromia sighs a little and slouches as she stares at her cube and 'snorts' in frustration. It figured...

“Right.... Everyone has already heard I'm sure... It's not like Ironhide was quiet when he decided to slag my Spark. What is there to talk about...”

Really, she didn't mean to be short with him but, she was just a bundle of self doubt and loathing at the moment. She hides it well, but does sound emotionally exhausted, upset and hurt... even if most would never pickup the subtle hints.

Some of the things Ironhide had said about her really dug in deep, one of the worst was calling her a coward and a deserter.... She had never 'deserted' a mission in her life... Chromia knew he didn't mean it and that he was short tempered as well as wound up from a fight when he had said it... but that didn't mean it hurt any less...

XDD twins can hop in when something catches their attention, or what ever xD

"Just because everyone has probably heard what was said doesn't mean they know how you are feeling." He is used to the kind of bite that is in her voice, a defensive thing that was ever present in most Decepticons, only now he could actually try to find out and help sooth an issue without getting slagged.

"Some times it's not about finding any answers, it's just about being heard. Most don't think so but I am a good listener."
